Cancellation and Changes

If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

If you change your mind before your items are dispatched, we will endeavour to issue a refund in full if possible.

If you change your mind after your items are dispatched, you will need to ship them back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs and liabilities, so make sure you obtain proof of postage and that there is enough insurance/coverage for lost or damaged items in transit.

Buyers are requested to use the original packing material and include a note of their order number so we can easily identify returns.

When returning an item, we will endeavour to issue a refund in full (not including postage) when the items have been inspected and confirmed to be in a resellable condition. Comicoin cannot be responsible for items that have been sent back to us that are not in the same condition as were originally sent. Buyers are suggested to make notes/photographs of the condition of the item(s) before sending them back to us. Comicoin will notify customers of an inadequate return, depending on the circumstances, the buyer will be; told to claim with the shipping company, offered a partial refund if possible and/or told their return cannot be accepted and will be returned to them.

Comic Grading and Standards

Our comics are direct from the official distributors. Once received by us from the distributor, all comics are immediately placed in acid-free polyethene bags and backboards. Mylar (mylites) and fully buffered backboards (full backs) are available as an optional upgrade.

New comics are sometimes prone to ‘industry-accepted faults’ such as minor misprints, spine creasing, frayed corners, ink smudges/dusting (particularly visible with white covers), etc. It is due to this that we are unable to replace items that fall below the customer’s expectation of a certain grading. We recommend visiting us in person if you are looking for comics in a particular grade.

Damages

If any item was received damaged or in a condition that far extends the ‘industry-accepted faults’, we request that they contact us immediately, within 14 days, providing a photo to highlight the issue(s). We will endeavour to replace/refund the item once the item has been returned to us.

Upon the authorisation of returns due to damages, Comicoin will issue a refund for shipping costs.

Loss / Non-Delivery

Please get in touch as soon as the order has not been received when expected. We will endeavour to refund all items lost during the shipping process, but request that customers allow up to 7 days from the expected delivery date before us doing so.

Comicoin cannot be held responsible in the event of loss/damage due to incorrect or inadequate shipping information.
